learn more about why we care

The Agape Pregnancy Resource Center was opened October 6, 2003 as the result of several area Baptist churches who wanted to do something more than speak out against abortion. These churches wanted to offer women in crisis pregnancies hope and help in their time of need.

We are a 501(c3) non-profit, public benefit, Baptist church-sponsored ministry, supporting the needs of the community. The Agape Pregnancy Resource Center is staffed by lay counselors specifically trained in the area of crisis pregnancies.

At Agape Pregnancy Resource Center, our goal is to provide whatever support is necessary to help a woman carry her baby to term. Our desire is to give her hope to face the future, with information and assistance to help her plan constructively for herself and her baby. We are committed to sharing the love of God with all who need God's help and direction.

The Agape Pregnancy Resource Center is a Baptist church-sponsored ministry designed to help women experiencing and "unplanned" pregnancy. We offer sp ritual counseling and provide alternatives to abortion. We provide you with all the information and care you need to make an informed choice. We also provide additional support when needed.

When you visit the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center of LaCrosse, Wisconsin, you will be greeted by a caring staff member, offered a free pregnancy test. Next, you will be given information relating to pregnancy. Following your test, you will be informed of your pregnancy test results, and about available services we offer to meet your needs. We also offer gentle follow up support, should you need it. Since we believe everyone should have access to this valuable information, all of the services we offer are free and confidential, and we have no financial interest in the outcome of your decision.

At the Agape Pregnancy Resource Center, we will never discriminate against helping anyone.
